Title: EUROPE I Master Update Patch (IBM)

This patch rolls three updates into one. Two of those updates have been 
posted here before. Now we taken those two plus the Haze implementation 
and make them into a single update. This file includes patches for: 1. The 
pausing of .5 to 3 seconds that was reported shortly after the release of 
Europe I. 2. Navaid update to make 3 VOR's match the map. 3. 
Implementation of Haze for users of Flight Simulator 5.1. This feature will
only work with 5.1. Be sure to read the EUR1PTCH.TXT file for proper
installation instructions.
